Iteration Design

My typical process starts by interviewing internal stakeholders and business partners to understand the required information and requirements. I’ll research competitors and do an analysis on user’s common behaviors.

After completing that I’ll put together a user journey map, then I’ll pivot my focus to defining the necessary functionality of the experience.

From there I’ll build out low-fidelity wires using design programs like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch or putting into Invision clickable prototypes.

Once it’s in a clickable prototype format I’ll set up to perform A/B tests with them. Post A/B testing I’ll implement the necessary updates that come out of testing.

From there I’ll work on High fidelity designs utilizing current design system components and templates (I’ve also been at places where they didn’t have a full blown design system and had the opportunity to build them out). After the designs are pixel perfect I’ll work with AD & IT teams to hand off the specs and designs and ensure they’re properly implemented.

I’ll continue to implement new ideations based off the design strategy and key metrics.
